Extrusion is a process which involves pushing molten polymer through a circular or slot die. This continuous process enables the production of a consistent high quality product to extremely accurate guage. For most thin guage films, the film extrusion process takes the form of blown or cast extrusion.

Printing is done on plastic rolls through a process called flexography or rotogravure depending on the printing requirement. Custom polyethylene bags can be made in all types of sizes and styles.

Cutting - Printed plastic rolls then undergo a process cutting sealing on bag making machine where plastic bags are obtained as final product.

Packaging can be described as a coordinated system of preparing goods for transport, warehousing, logistics, sale, and end use. Packaging is done in various quantity depending upon total order.

Initial Start Industry

2015

Expansion

In the year 2015 we had 8 machinery and 30 workers. Company was constantly upgrading Technologies.
2021

Beginning of a new ERA

In 2021 we added 3 new machinery and 15 new workers. Total of 11 machinery and 45 workers work here.
